I had the car hookd up to CONSULT II and was looking at the readout.

I noticed the CLOSED THROTTLE POSITION was somewhat out of sync.

Early on while troubleshooting, I noticed the CLOSED THROTTLE POSITION value was OFF (even though throttle wasn't open).

My TPS voltage was 0.44v constant and it changed on throttle (roughly 5v at WOT).

Is the CLOSED THROTTLE POSITION a separate sensor or is it part of the TPS?
