Everyone has it really bad compared to Tennessee. All they do is get a mirror and look for you cat, run a low idle smog test, and check for a gas tank cap.
hell, my old VW wouldget 3 times the legal limit every year, so I would have the timing changed so I couldn't go over maybe 25mph, but man, my smog numbers would be so low <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'>
