Note that you need to energize both pairs to use high speed setting.
Also note that each pair is separated. Apply same polarity to each one. Black/blue are ground and green/yellow are positive.
To use the low speed, only apply current to one set (black- green+ or blue- yellow+) it does NOT matter.
Alti fans blow quite hard at high speed, they also could drain your battery quite fast. For normal driving, the low speed is enough.
