Turbo oil seals leak. If you have a sr sit for about a month, then start it, you will have some oil smoke, because some oil will leak through the oil seals into the turbo exh, and intake side. Its not uncommon to see a turbo thats been sitting over a year like yours flood the turbo with oil. Just run it soft the first few tanks of gas, and you should be ok.

As for the rest. Front timing chain covers allways leak most of the time. Reseal it. Either way their motors are allways in good condition. I wouldnt worry too much.
