First off, why do you want to go two full inches wider in the rear.  That's gonna throw the car's handling balance off and cause it to push...especially if you don't have gobs of power at you dispense.
But to answer your question...9's will fit, but you have to be down-right scientific with offset and possibly tinker with the alignment to get them under there.  They won't fit under the front fenders.
