When I installed my phoney Italian wheel, I had to use an S13 hub on an S14, since they didn't make an S14 hub. I had to modify the hub to make the turn signal cancel work, and cut off some tabs. This leads me to believe that the S13 wheel will fit, but turn signal cancel won't work W/O some more of the S13 parts. Read about the steering wheel install in the Installs section for good details.
