Those Tomica (Tomy) Bit Char-G's can be had in HK for around $15 IIRC.  I got mine off Ebay, you can always find a slew of them there.  I've tried various other places but Ebay seems to be the cheapest.

As for Silvia or 180SX Hot Wheels, I do not believe any were made.  However, Tomica has small cars about the same scale as Hot Wheels but their doors open.  They make various Skylines (including a police Skyline), 180SX, S13 Silvia, Sil80, AE86, FC, FD, 2000GT, WRX, EVO, etc...
