You guys are all clueless
... Downtown is undergoing an amazing revival, with all the lofts being built in those old buildings, and the bars/clubs popping up to service the yuppies that are buying the lofts up like hotcakes. Also, if you're an architecture freak, you can spend DAYS walking every street of downtown, it it still wouldn't be enough time to see everything... You just need to know what you're looking for.
