No, this question is kind of loaded FYI, yes media can have a negative influence on children, but the government should not sensor tv.
And now for my thoughts: Censorship by the government is not right, I'm not supporting double penetration on the disney channel. Instead people thinking of this issue should look past "oh little billy heard a curse word". Instead they should notice that there is a freedom to press and that it is not the Governments job to limit the public information available to us.
