trick question, if I say yes I contradict what my other answers where and if I say no I sound like I don't think media can have a negative affect on children. Censorship should be handled by the parents. It's wrong for parents to rely on the government to "babysit" their kids. It's just a way for parents to make a scapegoat of someone for their own lazyness and irresponsibility towards their children. It's the easy way out. Just put it on someone else is too common among todays parents. If you have a kid, it's your responsibility and no one else's to give that child whatever he or she needs. That includes shielding them from what they are not mature enough to properly comprehend. Everything a child see's hears or feels will mold them into what type of person they'll be as an adult making their own decisions. Always know that your past decides your future.
