Did you do any research as to how much the MR2 is worth?  Maybe it's worth 4000-5000cdn... I know i almost bought a 89 S/C MR2 for 6000cdn, in A1 condition...

If i were you, I'd consider trading get really excited, then back out because it'd be too much hassle for me... (I'm lazy)

Dude, just do what you feel is going to be right for you.  If you like your 240 mroe then his car, dont be pressured into doing something that you dont want too.. that is the key.  You call the shots, its your life, your car, you decision.
