I am pretty sure I figure out the problem It had an s13 bottom end and a s14 head

. The s13 sr20det does not an the oil squirter in the block that lines up with the s14 head chain tensioner oil feed. I got an s14 bottom end and I am putting the motor back together and back into the car tonight. This should fix it I will post later and let you guys know how this works out for those of you who are interested.
