I have project mu (not sure which model) that came with my s14 when I bought it. It doesn't dust much and doesn't seems to eat up your rotor. It's tad noisy when cold and performance is alright for street.
Other street pads that I used on other cars are:
Porterfield RS-good but needs a little heat to work well, dust
Axxis Ultimate-I don't like it and dust like mad. It feels like OEM
I have use various other brands but they ate up my rotors
