No, the RHD MC is only for RHD. The lines go the wrong way.
It's hard to say. I'm not sure if you bled it correctly. One little mistake and you'll be worse off than when you started. Follow the procedures listed in the FSM and bleed them in sequence. Do it twice to make sure there are no bubbles coming out.
Did you install the calipers the right way, with the bleeder screw pointed up?
