Im pretty sure its the injectors leaking, i tested to see if they leaked (pull injector harness, plugs and wires.. crank car and see if there is gas in the cylinder) But its probably the O-rings, the car runs like shit when the fuel pump is providing pressure, but when it is turned off, it runs smooth... my thought is the pressure from the pump is enough to make one of the bad o-rings leak and run rich
