The rough idle makes the car jump side to side but its ok as long as it doesn't shut off. It shouldn't do that cause the idle will be higher than stock idle.
Regards the driving, well I can't drive the car under 1500 rpm, but once it hit 4000 rpm its a savage
You wouldn't regret getting the cams, cause they have made a great difference in the car's performance.
What I'd suggest is to go for uprated valve springs and retainers too..just to be on the safe side. I didn't do that cause I was short on cash, but it's one of the future jobs that have to be done.
