Yeah... I understand this, but he is talking about a small turbo, junkyard style. A t3 will blow hot in our cars at 10 or 12 psi at redline... unless I did funny math. That just doesn't seem like the "high boost" he should be wary of. Stock z31 t3's are rated to 14 psi, and many people run that stock on their 300's. That and I wouldn't want a 10 year old turbo trying to push 20 psi in my car.
