I know several of you were considering going to the HyperFest event at Summit Point, WV in a couple weeks. (I'm sure someone can post the website here). As you know, this is a big two day event w/ a car show, bikini, racing events, etc.
Another thing going down that weekend is the "HyperDrive" where you can take your car out on the track with an instructor and do a track day. This is a High Performance Driving Event - not a race, although there will be other cars on the track w/ you and you have no speed limit except sanity and a desire to live.
The price for the HyperDrive was just dropped down to $99/day. You can sign up for one day or two. If you are interested in really having fun in your car, I suggest that this will be WAAAY more fun than hanging around the car show (which you could do the other day anyway). Check out the website for more details - I just saw the price drop somewhere and thought I would pass it along.
