I think the name Flash, says it all. It's just some shiny gimmick that really doesnt make a site. Content makes the site. Hell, Zilvia aint pretty (ewwy blues) but its the content that brings us back time and time again. I think the focus should be put on the actual site (which is decent, has good design sense), not the flash intro etc.
