Damn dude...I know the feeling. Usually after staying at the gfs apartment or having her over just for a night,I cant fucking sleep in a bed alone for a couple of days...maybe I'm just weird.
Good luck,I either try laying there with my eyes closed,or watching some really boring rerun at really low volume(sleep timer set at like hour and a half or something) and I'll eventually just pass out...
