fyi the crank pulley is thick. buy a puller with big max diameter and long ass arms. you will probably need to remove the mech fan and shroud for clearance. i did.

a 'suitable tool' is a flat edge screwdriver or a small pry bar. careful you don't damage the actual timing cover itself. if you're having problems with it, you can cut into it. once again, becareful not to fuck up your timing cover.
