How about this:
We all meet at the San Jose Train Station (or where ever the final place that we decide is). Then 2-3 groups take different routes to pick up members. For example group 1 will take I-5, group 2 will take 101, and group 3 will take another highway/freeway, and each of the group will pick up members along the way. And meet again where all 3 roads/streets/highways/freeways meet, then we all go to the hotel or Speedzone. Will that be timed right or the members using I-5 will be waiting for the other 2 groups?
Is this what you guys are thinking of/discussing?

PS. Any one close to Hercules/Pinole/Richmond, that would want to meet up to go to the final NorCal meeting place? I'll be staying with my cousin before the meet, and I'm not at all familiar with the places other than those cities.
