Start simple, check all the electrical connection and make sure they're tight (battery, ignition coil, etc.) I only say this because I almost spent $50 and replaced my MSD coil, only to find out that the nuts holding the wires on the post weren't tight.
Also, be a little more specific... when you turn the key, does it just click or actually acts like it doesn't want to turn over. Could be the difference between an electrical problem and a fuel / air problem.
