ATTENTION:
- Traffic/Time. Please continue discussing ways to avoid traffic and arrive at the hotel on time. Where should we get off 101? By what time should we be at San Luis Obispo, Thousand Oaks? What routes should we take before/once we're in LA?
- Caravan. If you'll be part of the caravan and have not confirmed it with S14.5 Mike through e-mail, please do so with the following info: name, phone number, location. [email protected]
- Group leader. We need one more group leader. Each group leader will be responsible for keeping his group together and reporting in to the other group leaders. Each group leader must have a mobile phone so that he can contact, or be contacted by, the other groups if they're out of the 2-way radios' range.
- Hotel. Remember that reservations at the Event Hotel need to be made before July 8. I suggest that a few of you volunteer to be responsible for making the hotel reservations, and mention how many people you're willing to share your room with. Then we can either let people choose their hotel groups or assign them their hotel groups.
