are you sure your vacum line is hooked up on your stock fpr? it should be at 42psi if you dont have the line on and with it on i think its like 36 or 38 i cant remember, so that is what you are gonna want to set your new one at. install the gauge on the fuel supply line, thats the one coming from the filter obviously.
