yes, look at your fuel filter and follow the supply line coming from the top of it that goes to the hardline between you first two intake runners. somewhere on the line would be a good place to install it.

with it installed the way you have it, you should see it move, readings would not be accurate though.

i would look inside the fitting you have on it to see if there was anything in there. you could try using a air compressor with low psi to see if it will move.
