I am not aware of any class except ITE that they would classify a car with a swapped engine. In IT the car must have the same motor (non-turbo) that is was orginally built with. If the car doesn't fit into a class, it then usually goes into E, which is a catch all type of class. Ususally has a bunch of turbo's in the class, that weren't prpepared specifically for IT.
Build the KA and the car will be classed in ITS. Go to scca.org and order a current GCR (rulebook) and READ IT before you start building the car.
