you soldered it? as in the prongs in the fuse box or you soldered the fuse its self? If you did the prongs your screwed man.. If a fuse blows it means something isn't right somewhere, and to lock up a fuse with a solid connection it means something bad is bound to happen. time to pull apart your wire harness's and fix what you burnt. You can't do that on the fuse that has more current than anything else man. All the power your car gets when its running goes through that fuse. So if you fried a wire leading out of there you gotta find it.
