from what ive heard the frame rail is just the back bone of the whole system, and rusting like that wont hurt anything YET. however, u should get that fixed. how? take a grinder and take as much of the section off that has rust. u can either weld in a new piece yourself, or go to a welder. doing the frame rail should be relatively cheap. several hundred dollars at most. however.. can you take bigger/better pictures of the rust in the fenderwell? that shit isnt good/cheap to fix, unless once again.. it is a flat, simple piece to replace. you can however cut that rust out in the well, creat a template using cardboard as best you can, then cut a piece out of sheet metal that u can buy at home depot. get two, multilayer it, weld it together or rivet it and itll be just fine. more pix! then i can give u a better idea. oh yea, and the fuckhead should refund you atleast half the price of the car to cover expenses. poo. i wish i could on him. that ass. clean engine btw, i like it
