Exhaust flange bent...so just replace flange?

So I was driving today and my exhaust got pwned by a sewer drain cover stick up. I couldn't miss it cause there was another car in the other lane.

Anywho...I looked at my exhaust and one of the flanges is bent so much that I have a leak where is connects to the exhaust piping.

My question is...should I just go ahead and replace both connecting flanges (since the other one has a slight bend to it) or should I just try to bend the flanges straight and patch up the hole?
