1) just plug the wastegate hole on the manifold (get a plate)
2) you can have a shop custom weld you a downpipe. got mine for $150 and has a wideband O2 bung welded on as well for tuning
3) maybe relocate teh canister?
4) stock PSI meaning 7PSI? make sure it is tuned. find a shop wiht a wideband who can give you a reliable tune. It is worth not blowing up a motor. ka-t.org talked about setting your timing.
