You don't need to get a custom bracket.
Just cut off half of the bracket with a dremel so that the bracket is held on by only one stud. That'll allow you to rotate the bracket to get a general location for good allignment.
Then whack the bracket with a hammer so that it provide a better angle for the throttle cable. It might not be pretty but it works.
I forgot if I used the KA bracket or the SR one. Either way, I'll check and post some pictures later on.
