Ya i am also scared, and somewhat ready to get popped. I have people lined up to sell my, running strong btw, rb25. I love the motor, my rims, and everything. Yet i also know i will get popped sooner or later. Shit look at the damn car...
as for ADVICE : My moms works at the twin towers (sheriff dept), and she even told me the things the police knows now a days. I have read the advice some of you gave, they are good for the most part. I thought of just paying it, yet you cant now. I thought of the whole transfering title, and many other things, in the end you wont be happy. Youll have to get the RB out, either way... if you want to keep on driving your car regularly.
IF I GET POPPED, i figured, might as well go out w/ a bang and have all the damn illegal shit i can have. WHY? STUPID? Ya well, when you know youll be popped, and you cant do anything about it, i might as well keep my head up HIGH ahaha and go out w/ a bank.

I have a friend that owns a SR20 Professional shop, he can swap out your RB, and install the KA in your car. Then its up to you if you want it back in your car.
As for the visual / smog check with your KA installed, as long as you pass smog, and have BEFORE / AFTER Pics of your motor bay, you should be fine. They will inspect your vehicle in and out, but in the end, as long as it passes smog, and is the right motor for the car, youll be fine. To kind of kiss ass to the REF, get a test only smog place SMOG your car before you go to the REF. So you can show the ref you did what you can to try to return what you did wrong (tho its not wrong i think to try to fix up cars, just like how BIKERS and TRUCKERS fix up there shit, and they dont get in trouble!)
