ooohhhhh if you want to fight it here i some advice. to make your odds of the cop not showin, just keep resceaduling your court date. like wait till the day before you are suppoesd to go to court and than cal in and say your feeling ill or theres a family emergency, whatever it is, the cop will keep thinking your not goin to show up and its a waste of his time, if you change the date 3 or four times. i got this advice from a friend who is a cop. it works, he did it twice befroe he was a cop, and he says he recommends it to friends who are going to fight the po po. so theres another option. dont hate just an idea. good luck again.
