Yes!

Face it, you don't know how long your engine's been sitting in some Japanese junkyard, or if the driver abused the hell out of it before he wrecked his car, or if regular maintenance was performed on the engine, etc., etc.

The gasket kit I mentioned has all of the gaskets that are on the engine. Worn gaskets will make your car run like shit. So, why not replace them while the engine is still out of the car and easy to work on?

It's cheap and easy preventive maintenance and will save you a lot of headaches in the long run.
