I started checking for leaks and the only obvious one I found was where the BOV pipes back in just after the MAF sensor. Since this should not be under presure, especially at idle, I don't think this one is a big problem. I will do some more checking tomorrow.
The ECU would not reset the way the Head told me to do it. So I unhooked the battery cable. In 24 hours it should be reset right?
