I feel your pain brother. Lock washers, locking plates, torqued to hell, lock tite, and I still have bolts falling out. My suggestion is get downpipe with a flex section in it to help lessen the force of scraping your exhaust and get some good solid motormounts to keep the engine from vibrating and moving around.
