I am having some trouble with my '96 240 and hope someone may have some answers. About a week or so ago, some screeching noises were coming from under the hood when I had the a/c on. No big deal, I figured it was the fan belt. It has been making the noise on and off since. This morning on my way to work I heard noises that sounded something like between something hitting the fan and electical shorting (loud). I could not do anything about it since I was going to work. This evening I have found that I am leaking oil and my a/c does not work at all. What the heck is going on?! Can anyone help?
