Retractor Timer Unit?

So, I got the Pivot RHU-M unit so I could do the sleep-eye mod. It came with Japanses instructions, as I knew it would, so I went to Pivotusa.com and found the 'Engrish' translation and "wiring diagram." I started following the directions, pulling out my ECU so I could look behind it to get to the hole where the retractor time unit was suppossedly. However, I got the the hole in the chassis, and there was nothing there. Where else would the 10-pin coupler (aka the Retractor Timer Unit) be?? And yes, I did search...nothing came up. I come to you guys in desperation. I have a feeling the coupler is tucked up underneath the glove box where I think I caught a glimpse of some wiring leading to what looked like the coupler, But I dont want to go snipping it wires. Auto electrical is not my thing

Anyway, if someone could tell me where the Retractor Timer Unit is, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
