Can you take a picture of the Superflex hoses you have lying around?
Also, how do you get over the problem of the two different sized fittings? Do you use a reducer coupling? If so, which one?
As far as the heater hoses are concerned I use the kit that Heavy Throttle advertises on their website. However, you should be able to buy the hoses at NAPA, also, if they stock them. I have the part numbers lying around at home somewhere. I'll post them if I find them.
For the radiator hoses I use Coolflex hoses. They look nice and have a lifetime warranty. They are more expensive than your standard Samco hoses though.
The only problem I had with them was the upper hose. Because of the size of the Coolflex hose and the location between the radiator inlet and upper hose waterneck you have to bend it just right. It was a slight pain in the ass, but I eventually got it.
Also, the couplings are too big on the Coolflex, but they offer neoprene reducer coupling with their gear, so that shouldn't be a problem.
