You can modify any core support to fit any headlights. Remember that the core support is just a series of bars welded together.

Now to answer your question, an S14 or S15 core support will not fit pop-up lights. Usually people use these to upgrade to kouki S14 or S15 headlights.

Your best bet is to get one from a junkyard. Or see if you can get one new.
