Also, I have a similar question about threads on the inner tie rod. Mine won't go any further to eliminate toe-in. I'm stuck at 0.03 and 0.05 inches toe-in. The tie rod ends are screwed all the way in. Seems like the only way to get more adjustment would be to take off the tie rod ends and cut off some threads from the inner rod... anyone done this? Any advice?

I had the problem with kazama inner/outer on my s14.
Falkon240 had the same problem with his s13.
You can remedy that by threading the nut onto the tierod then cutting off about 15~mm iirc each side.
Remove the nut to freshen up the newly cut threads.
Problem fixed.
