I had the problem with kazama inner/outer on my s14.

Falkon240 had the same problem with his s13.

You can remedy that by threading the nut onto the tierod then cutting off about 15~mm iirc each side.

Remove the nut to freshen up the newly cut threads.

Problem fixed.
