If your leaking oil and seeing blue smoke, first check your coolant level to see if its filled to the proper level, the worst that could happen it that your water pump is bad. check the oil for poper level and add oil if necessary. next turn on engine and let it idle for 2-3 minutes,check for leak and fix it. if the engine ir to dirty, clean it off it will male it easier for yo too fin the leak. Now i'm not sure how much your chain rattles, but your chain tensioner make be stuck and if thats the case its time to open up the engine or take it to someone who can.
