i've been checking all the tsb's i have at my access and even called my buddy who's a nissan master tech, he thinks it's a restriction too. but i can't any tsb's for any thing about the sr's power steering. but i got to thinking, i don't know if you have or not, but did you upsize the pully's, i know some people do, and that could cause pressure build up if their too big.
