the fluid has a lot of water (turning it black - thats how hydraulic fluid works) absorbed in it - bleed it no matter what
you might have air in it - a bad part - or something like that - first i would look for wetness, and then bleed teh clutch. I had a similar problem in winter before it was weird - after parking the car - and letting it sit a week and a half - then starting and driving, the clutch disengaged less each time as i went towards the gas station... i think water evaporated out of the fluid and then upon cooling froze in a bubble - and then when it got hot became compressable again.
