1993 SE model Coupe

Just got my alternator changed didn't know where this broken wire is suppose to go cause it was like that before i changed the alternator? The black wire with yellow stripe is the ground wire. The skinny black wire coming off the loom is one that goes to back of the alternator. The other black thing is a ziptie.
