I'd save the money and just do the fronts for now. They do most of the work so rears aren't as prone to warpage or other problems that cause vibration.
The other thing it might be up front are glazed rotors - this happens when pad material from low quality pads bonds to the rotor. If you drive hard w/ el cheapo pads, this can happen very easily. You'll be able to spot it by shiny or dark smooth spots on the rotor that you could chip off if you worked at it. I hear emory cloth will take it right off.
