I'm having the same problem on my Altima.It shakes like a mofo when idling.It idles at about 500 when sitting at a light with breaks engaged(auto).I know it's an idle motor problem since the more accessories(i.e. AC) I turn on the lower the idle gets.Once I put it in neutral, it gets better but not perfect.
