The MR2/Alltrac CT26's are dual entry while the Supra is single entry. The ST165 All Trac CT26 has a bigger wastegate flapper and IIRC the exhaust AR is smaller, I do know the Supra compressor is bigger than the 3S-GTE compressor though; also IIRC the Supra/MR2 CT26's have different exhaust housings. The ceramic bladed CT26s
do spool up faster however they limit the boost before blowing the fuck up and flying into your engine.
