First off. lolololol at trying to plumb expansion tank into your radiator drain. don't do that.
Expansion Tank Hose
Filler Neck Barb = Overflow Tank
Top Barb = Coolant Elbow on Drivers side of Block.
Second Barb = Filler Neck on Radiator
Bottom Barb = Lower radiator hose.

Samco hoses are either 36 or 38mm, either way, SPL has the cure for your sickness.
